It's been super hot and a little uneasy coming back together during COVID, but we are making it happen one step at a time.


Focusing on Whole Body

I have taken a closer look at training with strengthening techniques. Seeing too many lower leg injuries in the past few years, I am putting a great deal more focus on strength and flexibility. Working with the Upper School coaches and Strength and Conditioning coach I will gradually introduce some of the basics that will continue to be used at the high school level.  Core is core.
